    Yes. You are responsible for return shipping and assume the risk of loss. We suggest you either use a carrier that provides a tracking number and retain the tracking number for your records. We do not refund original shipping charges.

    The fasted way to exchange an item is to place an order for the new item ahead of time, and then return the original item back for a refund. This ensures that we don`t sell out of the product you want in the meantime.
